Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
Double-antibody Sandwich chemiluminescent immunoassay for detection of Rat Prothrombin Fragment 1+2 (F1+2)Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. This is a cost efficient bulk pack of 5 plates of 96 wells each, conveniently packed along with the other reagents in 5 separate kits to avoid unsealing the plates and reagents that won't be immediately used.
