Polyclonals and antibodies
A Rabbit polyclonal antibody against Bovine Coagulation Factor VII (F7). This antibody is labeled with Biotin.
Upon receipt, store at -20°C or -80°C. Prepare working aliqotes prior to storage to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Sequence of the immunogen: F7 (Ile193~Pro447); Buffer composition: 0.01M PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.05% Proclin-300, 50% glycerol.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by Cloud Clone Corp they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Host: Rabbit; Species Reactivity: Bovine; Clonality: polyclonal; Tested applications: WB; Concentration: 500ug/ml; Isotype: IgG; Conjugation: Biotin
Polyclonals can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on frozen slices or parrafin fixed tissues. The advantage is that there are more epitopes available in a polyclonal antiserum to detect the proteins than in monoclonal sera.
Aplha, transcription related growth factors and stimulating factors or repressing nuclear factors are complex subunits of proteins involved in cell differentiation. Complex subunit associated factors are involved in hybridoma growth, Eosinohils, eritroid proliferation and derived from promotor binding stimulating subunits on the DNA binding complex. NFKB 105 subunit for example is a polypetide gene enhancer of genes in B cells.
