If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Monoclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
serpin B9; Serpin B9; serpin B9; PI-9; OTTHUMP00000015954; peptidase inhibitor 9; cytoplasmic antiproteinase 3; protease inhibitor 9 (ovalbumin type); serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade B, member 9; serine (or cysteine) proteinase inhibitor, clade B (ovalbumin), member 9; serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade B (ovalbumin), member 9; Cytoplasmic antiproteinase 3; CAP-3; CAP3; Peptidase inhibitor 9
Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Detects the human intracellular serpin, PI 9, which is present in cytotoxic and dendritic cells to protect against the pro-apoptotic protease; granzyme B. Pi 9 may be unregulated by tumours to evade the immune system. Species Crossreactivity: Human. Does not recognize mouse, porcine.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Tissue, pathway, proteinase, peptidase, protease ,acrosin, lipoprotein, activator, caspase, trypsin, papain, esterase inhibitors are proteins or receptor ligands or receptor antagonists that bind to an enzyme receptor and decreases its activity. Since blocking an enzyme's activity can kill a pathogen or correct a metabolic imbalance, many drugs are enzyme inhibitors. Not all receptor antagonist that bind to enzymes are inhibitors; enzyme activator ligands or agonists bind to enzymes and increase their enzymatic activity, while enzyme substrates bind and are converted to products in the normal catalytic cycle of the enzyme.Serine protease, D- or L-serine arginine rich enzyme of serine threonine kinase with serine that is encoded by the codons UCU, UCC, UCA, UCG, AGU and AGC is an ɑ-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It contains an α-amino group (which is in the protonated −NH+ 3 form under biological conditions), a carboxyl group. It is non-essential in humans, meaning the body can synthesize it.
