Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes human Antithrombin III (ATIII). Species cross-reactivity: Feline, canine, equine, mouse and rat. Does not react with chicken, bovine, porcine, guinea pig, goat, or rabbit. Reactivity against the sera of the listed species has been assessed by double diffusion using 10 ul of antisera against 1 ul of species sera.
